A Little About Redsteps
Redsteps is a full-service marketing agency founded in 2009 by our Director, Casey May, as a sole trader operation. Built on the vision of providing transparent, high-quality marketing solutions, Redsteps was created to help businesses achieve genuine success. With firsthand experience in retail marketing, Casey recognised the need for an agency that partners closely with businesses to help them thrive.
From humble beginnings in a backyard studio office, Redsteps has grown into a thriving agency with offices in Melbourne and Toowoomba and a team of nine talented professionals who share Casey’s passion. Today, the business is led by Bec Moloney, who has been part of Redsteps for more than a decade.
Over the years, our team has built a strong reputation for delivering results, earning trust, and growing through word-of-mouth referrals.

Casey – Founder / Director

Casey founded Redsteps in 2009 based on her passion for marketing and helping businesses grow. With over 17 years’ experience with clients in the FMCG, retail, travel, health and beauty industries, Casey knows what it takes to create a successful marketing campaign. Her key areas of expertise include marketing strategy, business analysis, event management, public relations, website creation, advertising and sponsorship.
Bec – General Manager
Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Monash University
Bec is passionate about getting great results for all her clients. An integral part of the Redsteps team, Bec knows the ins and outs of paid digital advertising, SEO, events, and marketing strategy. Bec’s results-focused approach to marketing ensures Redsteps’ clients are always getting a great return on investment.
Deanne – Account Manager
Bachelor of Communications (Advertising)
Deanne has a strong background in retail marketing working with a range of retail precincts as well as large businesses, managing and implementing their annual marketing plans. She brings a fresh passion and drive to Redsteps and loves to see great campaign results. A real all-rounder, Deanne works on social media, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO, retail activations and website management.
Chloe – Marketing Manager
Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Marketing & Management
Chloe works on integrated marketing campaigns including social media content and ads, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO as well as activations and promotional campaigns. She is passionate about delivering engaging content that drives campaign objectives and helping businesses grow.
Fiona – Marketing Manager

Fiona is a dedicated account manager who is passionate about helping businesses grow by implementing strong digital strategies to help drive leads and conversions.
